California residents can use this form to exercise their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act: to know what personal information we hold, to have it deleted or corrected, to receive a copy in a portable format, or to opt out of sale or sharing. Tell us which right you are exercising in the request field. We will contact you at the email address you provide to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within 45 days. Exercising these rights costs nothing and will not affect your service.
