Accessibility Policy (ADA)

1. Our Commitment

Krytho, operated by Orange-Robot LLC, is committed to making krytho.com usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want the same information and functionality to be available to every visitor, whatever technology they use to reach it.

2. Standard We Work Toward

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing rather than finished: parts of the site may not yet fully conform, and we treat any gap we find or that you report as a defect to fix.

3. What We Do

• Text alternatives: images and non-text content carry alternative text, and we write in plain language.
• Keyboard and screen reader support: interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus and labelled form fields.
• Contrast and resizing: we design for readable color contrast and for text that reflows when zoomed or viewed on a small screen.
• Predictable structure: navigation, headings, and page layout stay consistent across the site.
• Testing: we check new and changed pages for accessibility as part of our normal release process.

4. Reporting a Barrier

If you run into a page, feature, or document on krytho.com that you cannot use, tell us. Email support@krytho.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days and will keep you posted on the fix.

5. Getting the Information Another Way

If something on the site is not accessible to you, we will get you the same information or complete the same task another way. Email support@krytho.com and tell us what you need and the format that works for you.

6. Third-Party Content

Some parts of the Service rely on third-party providers, including our authentication and payment providers. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind, but we do not control their interfaces. If you hit a barrier in one of those flows, report it to us anyway and we will raise it with the vendor and help you complete the task in the meantime.

7. Review

We review this policy and the accessibility of the site periodically, and after significant changes to the product.
